Clear or Save data inputs

Near the bottom of the screen are the functions to clear or save data.

• Clear All- this will wipe all input selections from the object manager, thus leaving all inputs with default values (generally $0)
• Save All – this will save the data inputs as of the time the button is clicked.  There is no ‘Auto-save’ feature, so make sure you save the data file regularly.   The data file will be encrypted and stored on the user’s machine.  The location of the file is the browser’s dedicated location for downloads.   The data file will have the extension ‘.rsl’.
  • Viewing data files outside of the program is not suggested.  The file would open and show encrypted data that will not make much sense.   For reports, please click on the ‘Print Results (PDF) button later discussed.
