Step 1 is where you enter information about the people involved in the plan. Enter the contact information for both spouses (or indicate that the client is not married), and then use the heirs box to enter information about the heirs.
To enter heirs, click the Add button next to the list of heirs. The Edit button lets you edit the information for any heirs you’ve already added, and the Delete button lets you delete them.
You can click the computer icon next to the years of death to have the software calculate them for you (based on Table 2010CM). You can also change these years of death by simply typing them in.
When you’ve completed Step 1, proceed to Step 2: Assets and Liabilities.
