In addition to sending reports to the printer, you can also print them to different types of files. These files cannot be loaded by the program, but can be accessed or viewed by other software.
      Print to File

To print a report to a file, click the “Print Report” window and proceed just as if you were going to print a regular report. Select the reports to include, and set the Report Options the way you’d like them. When you’re ready to print however, click Print to File instead of Print Report.

When you click Print to File a window appears letting you pick the format of the file to create. After you’ve selected your file type, click either Create File or Create & Open File.

If you are planning on e-mailing the report, we suggest selecting PDF.
